At Young B.O.S.S. NPO we recognize that too many young people  fall into anti-social and destructive behaviors when they come to believe that their dreams and hopes are not attainable. Therefore, our mission is to feed the dreams and hopes of our at-risk youth as we mentor them and provide them with the resources they need to become the best versions of themselves. Our team is made up of experienced professionals and unique individuals with lived experiences who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people. We offer a range of services including one-on-one mentoring, group workshops, and access to resources such as education and job training.
